All of the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. They always had a smile on their face even at 3 am. It couldn't be improved as I know how hard they all work.

Communication with hospital staff was good especially to doctors and nurses. Ventilation could be improved and the roof over outside the windows was terrible. Discharge process is ridiculous, 5 hrs and still waiting.
